Hello my package id is package ID: CIIS889224, I just want to cancel my booking and refund my money back. .. they are Fraud people.i kept calling them but nobody pick my call ...I have paid 47000 to them and Never get a single booking from them... plz refund my money...

I have purchase 3 year holiday packages in 12/2019 @₹40k . But after that they are not responding on Phone or mails. There is a guy Mithun picks a single call after trying a lot and told me company is closed do whatever you want...

Countryard Imperial Inn and Suites offer me 6 Nights+7 days in listed hotel + 01 International stay of 06 days + 07 Nights in Dubai which is costing INR 1, 32, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two Thousands) vide their ID No CIIS 888977 on 15 Aug 2019 for me and my family(04 Members).
After enough communication through email & phone calls they are not responding or not refunding my payment. Their numbers mentioned...

On 5/10/2019 i have brought member ship from countryard imperial inn and suites. I have purchased this with my credit card. And the amount is rs. 25, 000/-. That time they said that it will be converted to emi. But now after several follow up they are just ignoring me. Still the amount is not converted to emi. I have also told them for refund the money. But they are not going to do that also. It is very much bad situation...

Their representative made false promises during their sales of packages, as we have denied their package after 3 hour but unfortunately made payment. They said they will make our refund but they didn't and also told to make them mail and all after this they they will provide services but now they are asking more money to let it execute and giving no. Of ppl to talk they are non serious members and fake people made false promises and not completing...

I have also purchased the same package and scolding myself that why i didnt read the reviews before buying this. I have also bought there pacakge and paid 60000. From the next day i stopped getting response to the calls and emails. I found it fishy and then i asked them to cancel the deal as i am afraid of not getting services in future. Then i found that whatever they have commited has certain limitations along with terms and conditions...
