Countryard Imperial Inn And Suites — i am complaining against, this as they had made 15000 rs from us in respect of package and now not providing services as they promised

Their representative made false promises during their sales of packages, as we have denied their package after 3 hour but unfortunately made payment. They said they will make our refund but they didn't and also told to make them mail and all after this they they will provide services but now they are asking more money to let it execute and giving no. Of ppl to talk they are non serious members and fake people made false promises and not completing it. Not responsive at all and said us to mail them professionally but all are in can.
