They called us at one place on 24th nov 2018. Charged us 1.25 lacs for membership of 10 years along with some freebies. They assured of receipt of contract/agreement in 45 days. Did not send any agreement as agreed even after 76 days.
Now not even responding to my calls nor mails. Have been communicating on mail since jan for refund as did not receive any revert. Have written to there customer care many times.in one of the mail they assured giving in next 10 days. Now again a month has passed. Have invoice copy of transaction and email communication.
