Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites — they are not processing my refund and now they stopped giving any positive response | |||
I had bought a holiday gold package of rs.1, 40, 000 for 10 years on april 9th, 2019. But when i went for booking a hotel in singapore they started charging extra amount which was discussed nowhere in the membership seminar. They had shown me so many perks also but now they are denying for everything. Now their executive stopped replying my calls and emails. I m feeling cheated and trying to get my refund. Verified Support Apr 26, 2019 Country Holidays Inn & Suites Customer Care's response please be informed that we are Country Holidays Inn and Suites and not CIIS i.e Courtyard Imperial Inn and Suites..so please put the review at their portal accordingly.
