This is my first time purchasing from this. I've purchased three phone case on nov 1 and I still didn't receive any updates regarding it. It says it'll be shipped in 7-9 days it's been 20 days and I still didn't recieve any updates. This is my order number #1613017. I'm loosing hope that I'll be able to get it. Please do respond atleast I've tried to call you and tried everything possible and you still don't respond. Please I kindly request you to update the status sooner or I need a refund.
