I placed an order of 3 mobile covers on February 4th 2023 and made the payment online. Following which I got a sms and a mail confirming the same. It was mentioned that my order will be delivered in 6-9 working days. But no update since then! Customer care number is not working & they are not replying my mails as well.

I ordered I phone cases with order ID 1725011 on 22 Jan'23 and paid through Paytm. Did not receive my order. I checked on shipment tracking website it says order canceled. Phone number provided on website is not in use and not getting any email revert. They are fraud and active in Instagram with name Coversdeal.

I ordered tshirts & mobile case covers worth 3k plus on Oct 11, but till date did not receive a single product. Customer care number is not reachable & no response on emails. Pls help.

I have ordered 1 backcases on thursday 22.9.22, i havenot received any trackong id are no further messages from them, contact number cannot be reached, pathetic service

I've order a phone case on 15october and it's still processing, there are not replying to dm, emails, and there customer care number has no incoming call, they took advance payment and not refunding the mo ey back please help me

I placed an order #1721806 on 21st September 2022. Just after placing the order, I received a message saying the order will be shipped in 6-9 days. But there has been no update about the order since then. They have also blocked all means to contact the customer care.

I had made an order of mobile cover 8-10 days ago from the official site of this company ... But I have not received my order till now ... And on tracking it shows it has been delivered.
Also the company customer care no. Is unavailable

This is really unacceptable that order was something previous for my loves one .

I had placed order with coversdeal on 21 February with order ID 1698643 and on 16 July order ID 1719075 ..I had paid for both the order INR 348 each..but still haven't received my order ...have tried numerous ways to reach out to the company through email and phn no. But it doesn't exist...o want my refund as soon as possible.

Not received my 3 covers ordered from coversdeal a month ago and the are not receiving calls tho. Firstly they were receiving call but now they r not after paying them money for 3 covers and extra charge for delivery 🚚..

They are not responding to calls or emails. I have placed the order in 29th May 2022 and now it's 5th of July. They haven't delivered the order and it's still processing. There is no option to cancel the order as well. The site and there social media handles really seems GENUINE but they are not.

Don't ever go for this type of ### sites. Everyone please try to raise the complaints.

I have ordered a mobile case on this website coversdeal.com with the customer reviews in Instagram. On first few days they respond to my all phone calls, even I got reply from email also on address changing process. After that they didn't respond and the phone calls shows switched off. I need my money back.

There is an mobile back cover realme 8 (4G) order placed on coversdeal on May 15, 2022 . Order I'd - #1713509. Not yet received any tracking link . The amount of 199 rupees already paid . They are not responding at all.kindly resolve my complaint it's a request .

I had ordered 3 mobile cases for which I have paid 358rs through Google pay and I have just received a confirmation on the order on June 18th and nothing else after that. The mobile no. and the email services of the website is blocked and i couldn't contact them. They have just scammed us by taking the money and just sending a small confirmation message and nothing else.

I have ordered 3 back covers for my Samsung galaxy s10 lite on 22 may 2022 with order numer 1714408, but I haven't received the same yet. I have attched herwith my order email confirmation which I received on 22 may. I have tried to contact them on phone and email but nothing is working. Their given number of customer supprt is always off and no response has received of my emails. I think this is nothing but a fraud and i have become a victim of their fraud like many others. I hope their business collapse and they become bankrupt.

Ordered 5 mobile covers from coversdeal.they charge me for it 497. I had make the payment through UPI.the money got deducted.i haven't get any order confirmation msg neither I received shipping and tracking details on my number.they are not receiving incoming calls nor reply msgs on email id.m cheated.coversdeal is a fraud.they are cheating people and making them fool.i want my money back.or i request u to ban this site.

I ordered 3 phone cases on 17th May. Till now, i didn't receive my order. Now, they are not responding to emails and blocks the incoming calls.Ban this website. They'll never stay happy after such cheap things.

I had ordered phone cases from this website and had prepaid. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have still not received any tracking if or any products. When I tried to email them they would respond saying your id will will send in few days. But now they have seem to blocked me in their account and I cannot send them any email. If you are unable to send the product I would like a refund.

I have made an order for mobile phone cover on 14 may 2022. I have already paid 287 rupees online. I didn't get any shipping information or tracking ID yet. They are not picking up my calls also.

Yesterday night I order a phone case of Rs.199 and I have done the payment but they said that 'your payment has been declined please do the payment again'. And the amount has been deducted from my account. I haven't received any message or mail from them saying they will refund my amount. Please do something and help me get my money back.

I ordered a mobile cover Through them and made the payment online. I received the cover on 22nd April and it was defective. My order id is #1709341.I immediately called the company and informed them that the cover is defective. They asked me to make multiple videos of the cover along with images and send it to them to prove that the product is defective and I already sent all the details to them on 22nd April 2022 itself. Till now I have not received my money back .Whenever I call them they give me the same answer that due to technical issue in the data operating system, it has been delayed and I need to wait to receive the fund. They have stopped replying to my emails and they have even blocked my number now. It is a totally fraud company which only sends defective mobile covers and never refunds the money. They do not have proper customer service as well.

I've ordered some mobile cases and after order is done it provides a shipment number. But when I entered it to track it it's showing order is not valid. I mailed to them several times but I got no reply. This is definitely a fraud company. Please make them close this site as they are falsly advertising in every social media as a legit company.

This is my first time purchasing from this. I've purchased three phone case on nov 1 and I still didn't receive any updates regarding it. I placed an order on coversdeal for 3 back case through Phonepe. The order was confirmed and received a mail for the same. But the order did not ship. So i checked the tracking and found that order id was not available. Tried contacting the CS number provided. But the number is switched off and no response on the email. Please help

Somewhere I found this company selling mobile phone cover ..i had ordered phone galaxy m31 back cover costs rs 199 on 3 nov.till today I have not received any massage of shift delivery related sms.i have called them but it was switched off.i sent email and massage on also but no response.10 days over already but i don't get my back cover... 😔

This is a fraud website.
As per website they provide phone covers. They even have full fledged instagram account with 25k followers. They post daily without comment option enabled. So they make it seems like genuine website, howere number provided on website doesn't work. They will provide you order confirmation but after that nothing.
They have other categories as well other than mobile covers.
Beware of such fraudsters.
