Covershower — phone covers

I placed an order for 2 mobile covers and made online payment on 1st october, 2018. I received the order confirmation mail but i haven't received the order yet. It's been 16 days and i am unable to contact their customer support or track my order. Also i am unable to login into my account on the website. The order contains two phone covers for one plus six model
