    Thay are not responsible for our electronic device Television which we bought 6 months ago and under warranty the person are not even responding

      WORST SERVICE!

      OnePlus phones are worse after updating to color OS, OnePlus is never like before.

      PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING OR UPGRADING TO ONEPLUS!!

      After the OS update my 8 Pro got display flickering and green tint issue, customer support informed to give the phone to service center and they will check for the issue cause and fix the phone,
      Later on they say that the issue was not caused...

        Suddenly some green lines appears on screen without touch down the phone nor fallen, nothing fault from my side. Why this happened?

          I bought OnePlus U1S 126 cm (50

          Smart Android TV from flipkart on[protected]. After two months i am facing screen flickering issue. I completed to customer care and got complaint no INSI[protected] dated 07.07.22. After that technician visited to inspact the tv and he told screen will be replaced then issue will resolve. After that customer care told your screen panal is in order and due to unavailability...

          Currently I am facing the problem of my screen getting black out in my 1+ Nord Ce 5G 8/128 Gb.
          For which I tried to get it repaired from service centre which is only one in kanpur nagar, Uttar Pradesh. But when I reached to the service centre I got to know that it was out of electricity for last two days due to which my mobile could not be operated.
          I request to you please do something for this as I have got tired of running 50 kms to get my mobile operated.

            New update of oxygen OS 12.1 version sucks I am facing these problems

            1. Full charge time left not available
            2. Bluetooth charge not accurate and don't shows two buds charge seperately
            3. Folder option on Lockbox not available
            4. App rename not available

            Really I am regretting why i updated oxygen OS
            Please push a new update please

              Recently I met with an accident, my One plus 7 phone's screen got damaged but it was slightly working, I went to Authorised service center (MEOP SOLUTIONS, BELGAUM) to replace new screen, after they replaced the screen, I saw that my front camera's quality is changed, when I asked service center guys, they denied it and said it's not their problem🤷... disgusting service was provided.
              I want my front camera to work good, please help...

              I submitted my device to the authorized service center of Kota Rajasthan on 26/5/22 regarding my issue of heating issue which I was facing in my device and was in a state of intolerance so in order of that has submitted my device and received my device on 10/7/22 after repeated calls and several reminders by me to the customer care. They have tortured me at the epitome as they could by just passing on my concern every day and also not responding...

              I have given my phone on 29/7/2022
              And they have told they will give mobile on 4 /8/2022. And today is 8/8/2022 still I haven't got phone they are first given excuse me due to rain but on that path there is no rain . And now they are saying warehouse of one plus haven't given dispatch display . And service center people saying we can't tell you when we get parts. We can't help that is not good service of one plus. Do provide alternative...

              I purchase a One Plus Mobile along with Protection Plan on 28/5/2022 for which I paid all amount in advance of both Mobile & Protection Plan charges. Company said Protection Plan will be activated within 3-5 working days its being more than 75 days but my protection plan has not been activated yet, , inspite of protection plan premium amount being paid in advance.

              I gave oneplus bullet wireless z Bluetooth bass edition in repair and i got oneplus bullet wireless z2 Bluetooth. In this Bluetooth sound quality is so bad . So i kindly request you to resolve my problem

                My TV display was having problem from last 65 days.
                We have complained about it to the company but it has not been repaired till now.
                Company is making excuses instead of repairing it.
                Every person representing the company is making different excuses.

                  I love one plus products and all of my family members use one plus mobile phones. Its a great company so i ordered one plus 10R on 23 july and i got it on 30 july by amazon.And within 4 days that is on 4 th August it got stolen.
                  My concern with the company is if it can provide any help.I really need a phone especially one plus.i loved using 10R.But now I don't have any funds anymore to buy it again.Looking for a positive reply from...

                  Me Salam Kirankumar Singh from Manipur, Thoubal I buy one plus Tv model of 43FA0A00 on 20/02/2022 from Reliance degital store Thoubal but now the TV has problem of screen whitening no picture on it while watching TV only hear sound so me request a repair service on 25/07/2022 to one plus Tv customer service but no solution right now so I report again and again for repair service....

                  Respected Sir/Madam,
                  I purchased a 50 inch LED TV (Oneplus 50 U1S) through Jiomart on April 26 2020 which got delivered on April 30 2020 which cost me 41000 INR and within 2 months of purchase the screen of this TV is damaged. I raised a service request on 19 July 2020 and after calling them continously after a week a technician came and requested a change of screen panel or tv replacement to oneplus. I m calling to oneplus service...
