Request for Waiver of Display Replacement Charges / RO no: IPS001025-AS2603150018

Dear OnePlus Service Centre Team,

I purchased a OnePlus 9 mobile in 2022, which developed a green line issue on the screen. I visited the service center and was issued a voucher to buy a new device from the OnePlus website.

In 2023, I used the voucher to purchase a OnePlus 11. Unfortunately, in 2024, the same green line issue appeared again. The service center replaced the screen under warranty.

However, on 18/08/2025, the green line issue reappeared....

Earbuds not service properly in Bangalore service center

I had sent my OnePlus Buds for service to your Bangalore center under warranty. However, after receiving them back, they are in the same faulty condition as before.

I am unable to understand what work was carried out, as the issue still persists.

Oneplus buds pro battery issue repair refused

I bought an OnePlus Buds Pro which started getting battery/connectivity issue when it was in warranty. However, due to busy life I did kot approach them as the ear buds worked for about an hour or two which I needed. I had in mind that for a reasonable cost it will be repaired.

I'm extremely frustrated with the service for my TV issue. I raised a complaint on April 9th, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. The initial timeline of 3-5 days was pushed to 5-7 days, then 9-15 days, and still, there's been no progress. When I reach out to the support team, they claim they don't have the authority to help and ask me to wait for the Turn-Around Time (TAT). This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable

    Worst service customer care

    I have ordered oneplus Z2 with ANC NECKBAND it worth 1999/- INR. But I have received oneplus Z2 without ANC. I have called customer care they said to complaint nearest store. It's been 45 days ago, still now there is no response. Please help me by refunding my money.

      I submitted my Oneplus Buds Pro 2R E507B Obsidian Black IN at oneplus service center (Gulshan Tower Atghara, Rajarhat Road, Chinar Park 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700136 - Service number IN16037X[protected] on 14th December 2024 which by purchased by me on 26th September 2024. Just in 1 month the device stopped working from both sides and had connection issues. No matter how much i tried to charge it it didnt worked.

      Oneplus service center team said that they will get back to me by 16th December 2024. When i called them on that day due to no response from their end they said that they have ordered parts for repair which will take 7 to 12 days.

      To my surprise every week after that i called them they said me same thing and its been more than a month now and they are telling me same thing. I cant believe i purchased a 10000 rupee worth headphones and within 2 months this is the condition and after sale service which i get.

      After waiting for more than a month, i raised several complaints at the oneplus team but everytime they said that the complaint has been escalated to concerned team which will connect with me and which never happens.

      Finally on 21st January 2025 i asked them to replace the headphones with a new one if they cant repair it because they said that they ordered the parts and the parts are itself faulty and they will order it again and no surprise that would take another month because time is a joke for these people.

      Today on 23rd January 2025 i tried calling them from my number and after multiple attempts I understood that they have blocked me and I called them from another number but still same excuses even after more than a month now its going to be like one ans half a month.

      I want a replacement for my product as soon as possible and this will be last time in my life that i have purchased a oneplus product and will never recommend it to anyone ever in life.

        I bought OnePlus Nord Buds 2 few months ago. As they were not working properly, I sent them to the service centre. I chose Pick up for the service. I submitted my product and received the message that my product has been successfully picked up. But later after a week got to know that a different product has been submitted at the service centre. That might have been exchanged by the delivery guy or anyone during the process. Now they're ignoring my complaint and saying as the product doesn't match they can't help me. Why was there this loophole that this wasn't match during the submission of product and how the delivery team was able to exploit this loophole. Why should I bear the loss even after submitting the right product

          I visited One plus store for Display issue which is universal now and been informed on One plus 11R mobile exchange in lieu of Display change and registered my number for the same. Sunday i got an appointment for mobile exchange and the staff denied on mobile exchange for me across the counter and i asked for the reason. My mobile had an motherboard issue during my warranty period which got repaired in one plus authorized service center located in Brigade Road, Bangalore. Now the staff is denying me for the mobile exchange (One plus 11R) offer for the same reason, also the motherboard repair job description is not reflecting/updated in One plus server/system.
          1.mother board repair during warranty period was not my issue.
          2.mother board repair Job description not updated in the One plus server was not my issue.
          3.Mobile exchange offer due to display issue is not eligible for me just for the above reason is not at all my concern.
          I would like to file case against One plus if my issue is not resolved. I have legal notice ready with me and waiting for your response.

            I have purchased one plus tv last year. Now i am facing issue in tv display. There are two spots on led display. And the warranty period of led panel is 2 years. My tv led panel is in warranty period. So i raised a complaint to oneplus about this spot. They said they will replace led panel with new one once the led panel dispatched from their warehouse. I contacted them after 15 days. They said they are out of stock of led panel.
            I contact them after 1 month and they still saying that they will update about it. But i haven't received any updates.

            Plz help me out sir to replace my TV's led panel or to replace my tv unit to new one.

              Hi Team,

              Thank you for sharing misleading information of my repair request to be completed. ( Concern Ticket C/IN[protected])

              Today I wasted about 1.5 hrs. of my working time to hail cab to and fro just to gather the information that One Plus VR Mall Service Center is closed.

              This information could have been shared with correct center where I could receive my device given for repair.
              Also please note your service support has no information on where my phone is, what is the current status of my phone.
              And the worse thing they asked me to go and check a week later if VR Center is open. Really???

              Why have customer support if customer must resolve their issue by their own?

              Oh, since I am escalating this I will describe my reasons for frustration:
              • Submitted my device on 17th of August 2024
              • The device got submitted in system on 28th August. Kudos to team for delay.
              • After almost one month I receive my phone is repaired,
              • Went to service center got to know from other shop vendor the shop is closed off since a week. Again, kudos to OnePlus Team for sharing misleading information
              • Connected with support, who have no idea why store is close. Where I can receive my phone. Also, they asked me to try next week with no actual information if store will function next week.
              • Requested for delivery of my device at my home because your support doesn’t know when store will open. Request denied.
              Please share me information which actually help the customer. Also, I cannot waste so much of time/ money and effort to chase a closed store. I requested for delivery on my address because it’s been a month now without my phone. This is too much of harassment on customer for a faulty issue in your product.

                So, for context, I had my OnePlus Nord 2 %G repaired back in 2021 after the screen spillage had become an issue after the display got cracked. I repaired it and paid around INR 8k for the new display.

                So, after 3 years o[censored]se, that is today (15.08.2024), the screen has started Leaking again, however this time there is no sign of cracks or external damage. In summary, OnePlus are absolute garbage that are built to last for 3 years and has a horrible repair job that doesn't value long term service and their AMOLED display sections are absolute garbage.
