I purchased a OnePlus 9 mobile in 2022, which developed a green line issue on the screen. I visited the service center and was issued a voucher to buy a new device from the OnePlus website.

In 2023, I used the voucher to purchase a OnePlus 11. Unfortunately, in 2024, the same green line issue appeared again. The service center replaced the screen under warranty.

However, on 18/08/2025, the green line issue reappeared....

Earbuds not service properly in Bangalore service center

I had sent my OnePlus Buds for service to your Bangalore center under warranty. However, after receiving them back, they are in the same faulty condition as before.

I am unable to understand what work was carried out, as the issue still persists.
If you are committed to providing warranty service, why was my problem not resolved? This reflects a lack of focus and care from the service team.

Oneplus buds pro battery issue repair refused

I bought an OnePlus Buds Pro which started getting battery/connectivity issue when it was in warranty. However, due to busy life I did kot approach them as the ear buds worked for about an hour or two which I needed. I had in mind that for a reasonable cost it will be repaired.

I'm extremely frustrated with the service for my TV issue. I raised a complaint on April 9th, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. The initial timeline of 3-5 days was pushed to 5-7 days, then 9-15 days, and still, there's been no progress. When I reach out to the support team, they claim they don't have the authority to help and ask me to wait for the Turn-Around Time (TAT). This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable

    Worst service customer care

    i have raised screen complaint for my one plus tv multiple times at customer care no:[protected] on 10th march 10:40 am, 14th march 4pm, 15th march 11:58pm and 21st march 4:08 pm, and there is no update for repairing and also the warranty date is expires on[protected] .

    I have ordered oneplus Z2 with ANC NECKBAND it worth 1999/- INR. But I have received oneplus Z2 without ANC. I have called customer care they said to complaint nearest store. It's been 45 days ago, still now there is no response. Please help me by refunding my money.

      I bought OnePlus Nord Buds 2 few months ago. As they were not working properly, I sent them to the service centre. I chose Pick up for the service. I submitted my product and received the message that my product has been successfully picked up. But later after a week got to know that a different product has been submitted at the service centre. That might have been exchanged by the delivery guy or anyone during the process. Now they're ignoring my complaint and saying as the product doesn't match they can't help me. Why was there this loophole that this wasn't match during the submission of product and how the delivery team was able to exploit this loophole. Why should I bear the loss even after submitting the right product

        Oneplus irresponsibility

        I visited One plus store for Display issue which is universal now and been informed on One plus 11R mobile exchange in lieu of Display change and registered my number for the same. Sunday i got an appointment for mobile exchange and the staff denied on mobile exchange for me across the counter and i asked for the reason.         I have purchased one plus tv last year. Now i am facing issue in tv display. There are two spots on led display. And the warranty period of led panel is 2 years. My tv led panel is in warranty period. So i raised a complaint to oneplus about this spot. They said they will replace led panel with new one once the led panel dispatched from their warehouse. I contacted them after 15 days. They said they are out of stock of led panel.
        I contact them after 1 month and they still saying that they will update about it. But i haven't received any updates.

        Plz help me out sir to replace my TV's led panel or to replace my tv unit to new one.

          Hi Team,

          Thank you for sharing misleading information of my repair request to be completed. ( Concern Ticket C/IN[protected])

          Today I wasted about 1.5 hrs. of my working time to hail cab to and fro just to gather the information that One Plus VR Mall Service Center is closed.

          This information could have been shared with correct center where I could receive my device given for repair.
          Also please note your service support has no information on where my phone is, what is the current status of my phone.
          And the worse thing they asked me to go and check a week later if VR Center is open. Really???

          Why have customer support if customer must resolve their issue by their own?

          Oh, since I am escalating this I will describe my reasons for frustration:
          • Submitted my device on 17th of August 2024
          • The device got submitted in system on 28th August. Kudos to team for delay.
          • After almost one month I receive my phone is repaired,
          • Went to service center got to know from other shop vendor the shop is closed off since a week. Again, kudos to OnePlus Team for sharing misleading information
          • Connected with support, who have no idea why store is close. Where I can receive my phone. Also, they asked me to try next week with no actual information if store will function next week.
          • Requested for delivery of my device at my home because your support doesn’t know when store will open. Request denied.
          Please share me information which actually help the customer. Also, I cannot waste so much of time/ money and effort to chase a closed store. I requested for delivery on my address because it’s been a month now without my phone. This is too much of harassment on customer for a faulty issue in your product.

            For Green line issue in Display

            Oneplus service centre committeed to me a 32000 voucher giving me in 15 day for green line issue resolved, I agree to continue go with 32000 voucher
            After 15 days follow up from oneplus but didn't response from oneplus service and call centre I have wrote a mail to customer care but didn't response
            I have call atleast 43 time to customer care for requesting issue my voucher but every time customer giving me time for waiting for another day
            1 month past but didn't response from oneplus service centre or call centre
            Lot of complaints generate against OnePlus technical team but didn't receive any phon or mail from service centre or call centre that's why I m generate a complaints against of OnePlus service centre

              Dear Team,
              I have called One plus toll free number several times and raised a complaint with regards to confirming on one of the branches of One Plus.
              There is a Service Center in Dombivli (E) Thane - Unique Telecom P. P Chambers, who claim that they are authorized service center for One plus, however there is no such mention about them on One plus website neither are the One plus call center people aware of this.

              On May 10, 2024, I raised a ticket (IN05403TV[protected] for repairing of my TV, which is not powering on and having no LED indication. On May 11, 2024, OnePlus executive contacted me and explained me that my TV is out of warranty, so there would be some visiting charges + procurement charges (if required to procure any spare parts).
              During the visit, he explained that the TV's MAN board was corrupted and needed replacement, which would cost 5000 INR, excluding visiting charges, and he replaced the board, but the TV still did not function. He said he will bring a new board which would cost 7000/- and need to pay at the store counter. As I was not ready to pay Full amount before the work, I paid him partial amount of 2850/- for new procurement of board. He took the both the MAN boards with him and didn't show up again, and I have not received any updates despite repeated calls. Furthermore, on May 12, 2024, my service request was canceled, stating the TV is out of warranty.

              I request:
              - Immediate return of my original faulty MAN board.
              - A full refund of the 2850 INR paid for the procurement of a new board.
              - Proper resolution of my initial issue or an explanation of why it cannot be resolved.

              I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved within seven days, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to higher authorities and consider legal action through consumer protection channels.
              Executive left the TV with all screw's of TV opened and still now its kept idle on sofa with all parts opened.

                  I am facing issue with my profile in mobile unable to register my num it says the num is set as emergency number its not set not sure why due to this i am unable to register my number in app store and unable to buy anything i have voucher of 800rs off which is valid for only 30 days now i am losing the number of days due to this issue now they have also blocked my account due to violation not sure what i did all i did is to just tried to sort this but i am not getting any help from support team i am getting mentally disturbed due to this wasting my time energy and efforts. i have sent so many email and so many msg still no response i have got this new phone and still no support from them at all. I have the list of email which i have sent to them they are nor bother every day i call cust care and they say they will let the team know and ask me to wait its been more than 5 days and i am still awaiting a call back from them i have all the proofs with me i have also attached the SS of the issues which i have faced and its bene 5 days still no response.

                      I bought One Plus Nord CE 3 Lite in December 2023, the phone did not work properly even for a day, the phone gets switched off every 2 hours. I complained several times to the service center but there was no response from them. I have already taken the phone to the service center twice, but my phone was not fixed, the problem is the same. This time I have given the phone to the service center. It has been 13 days since I gave the phone, but it has not been fixed yet and when I call, they do not respond properly. Please I request you to do something. Either replace my phone or get it repaired properly.
