I had order one Plus mobile from One Plus India website on 17th Sept 2023. I had paid the money upfront and was confirmed a delivery of mobile on 20th Sept 2023. There delivery partner Blue dart showed confirmed delivery on 19th Sept. However since 19th Sept to 22nd Sept the status kept on changing and false status was updated.
I am yet to get my product and once I asked one Plus to cancel and refund my money they kept on asking to wait for 24 hours.
I am not getting the product nor money

    I order Oneplus Nord CE3 5 on 14th AUG and order ID is M[protected] and i received it on 18/08/2023 and the BIUE DART Airway No is [protected]
    In that box there is no phone and there is one BRICK is there and that box is open by ONEPLUS Service center manager SANGAPPA under his CCTV only and i immideatly complaint rise that ONEPLUS TOLLFREE no and i sent UNBOXING video also but you guys still not solving my complaint today is 08/09/2023
    I previously using ONEPLUS 8T and green line comes on display and went to your customer care JAYNAGR 4TH BLOCK BANGALORE and they said right now we have no DISPLY stock for that so we giveing 20, 000 VOCHER for that and you order our official website and reddem it and i order and redeem it and i paid 6, 999rs
    till date you guys not solving my problem

      They have taken my phone for last 5 days.Yesterday called me and said we are not able to detect the problem you can collect the phone while during submission of the phone i have shown them the problem the phone is under warranty and i have visited the Cp service center delhi thrice for same problem in last 6 months. I need the replacement if they guys can not resolve the problem

            I have bought OnePlus Buds Pro (7.2.2022) a year ago. Unfortunately, the Airpods has been causing issues (Battery Draining) and as of now I am unable to use it. Therefore, considering the price range it is bought (i.e, 10, 000 INR) it is expected to be more durable than it seems to be.
            Although after raising the concern from past 5-6 months, absolutely no help I got from the respective company considering all the above condition of it.
            This is very unexpected service from such reputed and known brand and will definitely rethink before choosing it again.

              Regarding OnePlus 9 5G - Display Greenline issue

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              It has been noted that my OnePlus 9 5G phone gets a green line at the middle of the display from top to bottom without any physical damage in phone due to the software update done on End of the week Of July.               I have placed two orders of Ce3 lite on 1 August 2023, First of all you yourself cancelled the order by showing “Order canceled due to non-existent offer”.

              Now I am not receiving refund in my credit cards for both the orders for last 20 days.

              Today is 20 August 2023 I have not received any of my refund.

              Already bank has included charges and other expenses of this order. I will not pay any extra penny for your mistakes or cancellations.

              I have attached Screenshots of orders refund status.

              Totally Unruly Behaviour of Customer support.

              Customer support replying same like bots.

              No sign of refund.

              Only giving further dates.

              Full of Harassing experience I got from you.

                  My tv was suddenly stopped working its not turning on. So i raised rhe ticket the agent was cancelled the ticket 2 times and not informed anything and 3rd time the agent came and told motherboard issue and again cancelled the ticket and i called the customer service why the agent not came again to repair they told they cancelled the ticket and asked why .? They given the service number and told to contact to them and they sent same agent and we have to take tv to repair for service centre and told back light was gone it will be 10k cost and 6months warranty. We told ok. I called customer service they are telling the we won't provide the service number this not our mistake.Now they are not giving the bill for the amount and warranty also. Then we give explanation for me because they are cheating me

                    I have placed 2 orders with order id M[protected], M[protected] and they were canceled on 2nd of august2023 by oneplus end and today date is 15 August 2023 but till today I haven’t received my refund yet the comitment timeline has also passed called coustomer care tons of times but no response hats how a bug giant oneplus work or earns money by blocking refunds? Please esclate my issue as my money has been stuck and my due date for the payment of credit card is near and i have to pay and i have no money as i am supposed to get back my refund on time but Oneplus service is disgusting please help me with concern team and initiate my refund

                      Issue reported on July 21st of 2023,

                      Client Mob Number - [protected]

                      Issue: My OnePlus TV Y Series 32Y1 (Product Model: 32HAOAOO) was not switched on, 1st time technician visited and confirm that TV has mother board issue, it is under warranty period, post that after many phone calls no response received from OnePlus service.

                      Resolution Need: My Kind request is to replace this product with a new one since it is under warranty period.

                            I had ordered a OnePlus phone on 31st July and it was automatically cancelled immediately after placing it due to some technical issues.
                            However, money was deducted from my credit card. Since I had opted for an EMI option, the EMI account has been opened by the bank in my name.

                                  Recently OnePlus user are facing line issue in display. Yesterday I too faced the same issue in my mobile. I took my phone to one plus service center they have rejected it because there is a little dot at the end of the screen, which is at the edge of frame and display but it doesn't affect the display and there is no big internal and external display issues in my phone. I can't afford to pay money to change my display since it was not my fault and the display is perfectly alright I wanted a resolve. If from your team, they can't replace the display atleast I need that green line to begone.
