I had ordered a cover on 31st october from coversmate.in... After deduction of the amount i got a message from them about the order id.. After that i have been constantly trying to track my parcel but it shows under process.. And also the contact number provided is switched off...
It said the parcel will reach maximum by 7-15 days but there has been no response.. I had even mailed them but they didn't reply. Please help..
