I have ordered for 4 cases on nov 1 and i got a mail on nov 4 that my order has been confirm and they gave a tracking id from that day till now it shows its in processing, i did the payment on nov 1 itself still not yet received my case and there is no respond from them please do return my money back or i want the product i have booked for. Please or do give me solution for this problem as soon as possible please...

When ever i track my order it always show me processing and till now it has not been delivered and i have paid my payment online and i want my money back. They are the fraud once please don't order in these website. And today when i opened the website it is not opening and their contact no. And email address are also inappropriate. Whenever i called it always say that it is switchoff...

I have ordered two mobile cases on 31 oct. Still now the order is under processing whenever i track the order. Both the helpline mobile number and email id are unresponsive. And today when i tried for opening that page which shows that the page is unavailable. Please help me related to that order. I have already paid the money online. And i have the proof of my payment. Please help me....

I had oredered 2 cases from this site on 2nd november and the payment is also done. Everytime i am tracking my order it is showing processing. The contact number provided is also switched off since them. Today when i tried to open the site the site can't be reached it showed invalid ip address. I think this is fake and the site is fake. Kindly consider my complain and take action asap. I expect a refund also...

I have purchased two mobile cover on 31st october, 2019 and it's been more than 2weeks still product status is showing under processing,

The number is switched off constantly,

No one is replying from the mail,

My order ids are 246578 and 246543.

How do i get my product or complaint against this web...

I had ordered a cover on 31st october from coversmate.in... After deduction of the amount i got a message from them about the order id.. After that i have been constantly trying to track my parcel but it shows under process.. And also the contact number provided is switched off...
It said the parcel will reach maximum by 7-15 days but there has been no response.. I had even mailed them but they didn't reply. Please help.....

I have ordered 5 covers from this website on 30th october, 2019 with order id - 239278 paid online by payumoney with payment id[protected] and received confirmation of order on 4th november, 2019 stating that my product will be shipped on 8th november. The mobile number provided on the website is +91 [protected] which is switched off from the day i ordered the covers. I have called on the number two-three times a day but it shows switched...
