CP Plus International — CP Plus wifi camera

I got cp plus camera installed in gurgaon on 25th of july and it is not working properly since day one and called the person who installed. He resolved it first time and then two days after, again camera stopped working now upon contacting them they are saygin please contact service center then i raised the complaint on service center and i got call from them that they will resolve the problem but now when im calling them there is no proper response

Never expected such a poor response from cp plus camera devision.

If this will be the reponse then how will this company survive in india with such a competitive market

Pleaes resolve my problem at the earliest, this is my first post on consumer form and i will keep on wrioting unless it is resolved
