On date 31st aug, i had requirement of camera for my office i met mr. We have been calling the agent who have supplied us CP PLUS Cameras and installed 3 months back and we have paid 6 lacs for this camera installation but now he is not resolving issues or responding to our calls.
1. we have installed 32 cameras last year and 29 cameras this year but out of 61 cameras 8 are not working and we are calling for a technician since last 1 month and agent is not responding neither sending technician. Please...

I have my own cafe at phase 10, mohali

Had installed cameras at my cafe
But right now i am facing an issue with my camera's they r not working
Now he refused to give me services and asking for more money for small issues and service

Its been 3 months he installed my cameras and now he is asking for money again...

I purchased cctv set from bihar, distt. Nalanda, india. Shopkeeper sent a engineer for cctv installation, he is installed cctv set and set a password and email id. But he is not tell us. Please resolve my problem. I contact shop (Appu ghar) and tell him but my problem is not solve till date. Engineer says 500 charge for reset password or open system....

Cp Plus International — cp plus cameras

Cameras have stopped recording and i am not able to access past recordings. I have tried contacting the local partners but have not received appropriate response. Request your intervention for a speedy response. I expect top class service from cp plus and this is highly irregular from such a large organization. Please restore my faith in your products and ensure resolution....

I got cp plus dome & bullet cameras installed about a month ago. Vendor said before installing that he will provide proper service after installation bt after days when i called him that the cameras you installed are not working properly & its not even recording he said he will get it fixed by the company. I called the company toll free no provided by him 3 times bt the guy on the call was helpless b coz he himself was not able to solve the problem, plz suggest what should i do

    Cp Plus International — poor installation of product and services of cp plus

    I booked 4 cctv with dvr for my home from THIRD EYE INTERNATIONAL SECURICOR PVT. LTD. which is in KARKARDOOMA, NEW DELHI. They installed the product on 08/12/2017 which was not fulled installed and the service man said that they will install the remaining things another day.

    From 08/12/2017 till present i am calling the service man and the owner of THIRD EYE INTERNATIONAL SECURICOR PVT. LTD. and every single day they say that...

    The warranty of his system has already been expired on 11/12/17 (as per his copy of invoice) but as per customer request we arranged an engineer visit. Our Engineer has updated "found problem in customer’s LED TV.
    DVR is working OK." During feedback calling customer again requested for site visit, so our engineer visited today (on 15/12/17) but customer refused to check his system and wants refund only from vendor. So suggested customer that in future if he faces any problem in his system then he can approach the vendor or our service center.
    New NVR purchased no cmos battery inside N V R .date and time is not saving .very much upset about the quality of the product
    I have been complaining about my security system(Cameras) since last three months and no response is coming from your side. Please come and fix my security system as fast as possible otherwise I will be in a great loss.
    Hdcvi bullet ir camera is not working clear kindly help me.

      For service of cp plus cameras i had to visit cp plus service centre at okhla phase -1, as the publicised time for products is till 6 pm so i reached at 5.40 pm at it's service centre but was refused entry as the gaurd said staff is in holiday mood as tomorrow is saturday so they have already considered to friday as well to be holiday from 5.30 pm. Please tell your staff to be responsible nobody has time to visit everyday or stop sale of such cameras.

        Cp Plus International — camera and dvr is not working properly..

        Sir my name is gaurav i bought ur cp 4 channel including dvr... After 2nd month of installation all four camera r hving problem of tracking multi color vision
        I called vendor 2 or 3 time they correct the problem rhen it get back after few days like with in a week..
        Iam feeling so much stressed i had paid rs.15000 for this and not getting good service, that vendor is also disappointed with us because he say sir please complaint...

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have been continuously mailing for master password of my customer who has forgot his password but i have been provided with master password only once which has not worked. If this is what happens with dealers end users can only imagine what their state will be. I am a retailer and i have not provided installation services for this device but as customer requested me to get the password broken i kept the dvr otherwise i too would have sent customer to service center.
        Please this is just basic work provide master password.

          Cp Plus International — Worst service and camera

          I have installed total 21 csmeras of cp plus and within a week 7 cameras went non functional . Five was repaired at the site and 2 went for service . I asked the dealer to replace it but he did not relaced me . The two service one came after 2 months . Now also each day i have problem and no service is there . It has been only 1 month that i have installed camera . CP PLUS IS WORST AND SERVICE THE WORST .

          This is about one CCTV mechanic Jyothi, who installed CPPlus CCTV @15K (DVR, one bullet and 3 HD camera) on Dec 2015. He assured he would provide free two years service and one years company warranty.

          The CCTV stopped working after 6 months, after calling repeatedly he answered my call, but he demanded money for the service. though he was supposed to serve for free but on demanded i paid 100 rupees. After he took the DVR, he said it would take 3.5 K to repair it.(the price of the DVR was 4K).
          I told him to return back the DVR and he said pay 500 for return or get it repaired for 5K

          I refused to pay the amount of 500 and that guy has not returned my DVR till date.
