Cpc Bangalore — itr not received

My itr as usual for the year 2018 -19 was filed on time, but kept getting the message not received at cpc after getting this message a few times, i decided to send it by speed post (Again it was not received at cpc) second time i sent by speed post - final i got a message that it was received at cpc after the due date.
After which as guided i submitted my condonation request : transaction id : [protected]. After which i was told to file the refund - reissue request which was done on 14 may, 2019 and till date when i call cpc i get the same message that it is under process and will take a few day (Even on 8 july, 2019).
I have given a grievance request twice and they say pan number is not linked, some times the account details are not verified.

My pan number - adhaar card are all linked to the account and my bank details have been verified twice.
