Services are very poor .the team members has no manners that how to talk, how to behave calmly how to deal with customers .They are just illiterate. The girl who spoke on the call, she didn't have etiquette, she used abusive language and cut the call .i got very bad response. I regret why I took insurance that they didn't even claim.

First I had asked that which document should be required, after that I have sent, and look they just missed our documents and she said that the documents are incomplete.
