Services are very poor .the team members has no manners that how to talk, how to behave calmly how to deal with customers .They are just illiterate. The girl who spoke on the call, she didn't have etiquette, she used abusive language and cut the call .i got very bad response. I regret why I took insurance that they didn't even claim.

My sbi credit card is under the cpp card protection plan. This service is of no use to me and sbi people have already debited rs.1599 from my credit card. I'm not interested in cpp card protection services and i want to deactivate the plan.
