I, Rajendrakumar Thule, Assistant PF Commussioner(Retd.), Nagpur, Age-64 years, superannuated from EPFO, Nagpur on 31.07.2018 and I received the monthly pension till June, 2022. But, pension for July, 2022 August, 2022 not credited to my SB account till date. Whereas, I had submitted the jeevan pramaan patra duly filled-in and signed thereon along with required documents in SBI, WCL Hq. Branch (09060), civil lines Nagpur in November, 2022 . As well as, one more jeevan pramaan patra submitted through CSC centre as per the directions of SBI branch officer and RC.II of EPFO, Nagpur on 08/08/2022 vide Jeevan Pramaan ID=[protected].
It is also inform you that there is no responses given by your branch wherein my SB account maintained and CPPC Belapur Navi Mumbai when I frequently approched with them.

Please do the needful at the earliest and take the action against irrresponsible officers of SBI branch-09060 and SBI-CPPC, Belapur. Thanking you
