CPPC SBI patna — Irregularities in my Family Pension from Aug 2025

I am a pension account holder having A/C No xxxxxxx6483 PPO NO. 398865 at State bank of India. Their is a regular irregularities in my family pension from Aug 2025. I have received lesser family pension back to back in Aug 2025 and sept 2025 and I have a serious objection on it.

In July I received family pension of Rs. 18986 - (Basic pay- Rs. 11604/) + Dearness allowance Rs. 6382.00 + Total allowance amount Rs. 1000/- (Total family pension of Rs. 18986). But In Aug I received Only Rs. 17986/- as family pension and after checking Pension slip of Aug 2025 it was found that my Total allowance amount Of Rs 1000/- was not paid.

Further Now For this Sept 2025 month I received only 11991.00 as family pension. Which is a very serious concern and I want to raise a serious objection on it through this platform (Attached screenshot). I am in the process of obtaining pension slip also of Sept 2025 month from SBI Bank.

Also, In May 2025 my family pension was Rs 18754.00, I got DA Rs 233.00 (From Jan to May 2025 as arrears) so after addition of Rs. 233 DA, it should be Rs. 18987/- But I am getting Rs. 1/- lesser as family pension. I received only Rs. 18986 as family pension from June to Aug 2025 WITH RS 1/- Less.

I had my family pension home branch 1st at State bank of India, Gulzarbagh Patna city branch code 01496 (Bihar), but I shifted it now at State bank of India Uttam nagar new delhi branch code 01679.

Class of pension: Supp.
Pension Alloted Rs. 3328/- W.E.F 01/07/2003
Enhanced F.P.: Rs. 3328/- Upto 29/06/2010
After 15 years COMMUTED PORTION RESTORED
(15 Years after date of Commutation), Or Full pension started.
