I am a resident of Aayakar Abasan, Type 4, 110 Shantipally, Kolkata 700107. There has been n incidents now that we have lodged a complaint regarding non funcitioning of basic electric facilities and other in line. No such action has been taken, the non existing service delivery has reached such a limit that people have given up hope that cpwd is going to look after their needs at all.
Please look forwad to efficiency and accountability and donot let the ancient tradition of not adhering to your duty a forever game.
