Craftly Fashion Surat Gujrat — Craftly Fashion Surat Gujrat Wrong product, poor quality, refuse to refund

I purchased a Saree from Craftly fashion, Surat through Instagram. The product was totally different, poor in quality and had black patches.
When I asked for return, they say "we have information from werehouse that you have received exact the same product".
Even when I say that the quality is not good and there are black patches, they say as per warehouse, quality is also good.
The reply and behavior was also not good.
Please help.
