Craftsloree — Different and cheap product received and seller refusing to co-operate

The colour of the dupatta is totally different and the product is wrong and deceiving. They delivered low quality product and they don't respond. They claim for organza fabric dupatta but in actual it is of net. And they are threatening to block number too sending me angry emoticons and threatening to block me when I ask assistance. Clearly refused to give back money.
