I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/craftsloree?igsh=MTN6b3Nwam53ajdpeg== (Link to account) []. I recently purchased a suit from their account only to discover that the information provided was false and misleading. Furthermore, the exchange policy enforced by company is both unjust and burdensome to consumers.

Upon receiving the product, I found that the quality was substandard and did not match the description provided on the Instagram account. The material used was of inferior quality, contrary to the claims made in the product description. This false information led to my purchase under false pretenses, resulting in financial loss and inconvenience.

Moreover, when attempting to exchange the product for a refund or replacement, I encountered difficulties with your exchange policy. The policy in place requires additional spending on my part, which is unreasonable given the misinformation provided initially. This approach places an unfair burden on consumers and is unacceptable.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I request a full refund for the product, as well as an adjustment to your exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all consumers. Right now they are saying there is no return policy which is not mentioned on the account. Failure to address these issues will lead to loss for other customers.

29th of June I ordered a lehenga and paid 2899/- through pay
they haven't responded ever since and are not providing any details
they aren't even picking my call
they are completely fake
please never order from them

I had ordered for lehenga worth 2790. They said it will be delivered within 3-4 days it's been more than 20 days and I haven't received my order pls help

I ordered from craftsloree from their instagram page and after paying they are not replying even they are not responding to calls and when I am asking her for tracking they are not replying anything I really need help and they take orders from whatsapp this no "+[protected]" so please help if you can help me

The colour of the dupatta is totally different and the product delivered is wrong and deceiving. They have delivered low quality product and entirely different and they don't respond. They claim for organza fabric dupatta but in actual it is of net. And they are threatening to block number too sending me angry emoticons and threatening to block me when I ask assistance. Clearly refused to give back money.
