I recently purchased a suit from their account only to discover that the information provided was false and misleading. Furthermore, the exchange policy enforced by company is both unjust and burdensome to consumers.

29th of June I ordered a lehenga and paid 2899/- through pay
they haven't responded ever since and are not providing any details
they aren't even picking my call
they are completely fake
please never order from them
they dont provide follow ups

I had ordered for lehenga worth 2790. They said it will be delivered within 3-4 days it's been more than 20 days and I haven't received my order pls help...

I ordered from craftsloree from their instagram page and after paying they are not replying even they are not responding to calls and when I am asking her for tracking they are not replying anything I really need help and they take orders from whatsapp this no "+[protected]" so please help if you can help me...

The colour of the dupatta is totally different and the product delivered is wrong and deceiving. They have delivered low quality product and entirely different and they don't respond. They claim for organza fabric dupatta but in actual it is of net. And they are threatening to block number too sending me angry emoticons and threatening to block me when I ask assistance. Clearly refused to give back money....
