Craftsworlds.com — Kanchipuram silk saree /quality of product not good , need refund of amount

we have ordered Kanchipuram saree from craftsworlds.com on last Thursday, we received ordered on monday(1/3/21), but the quality of product is not good and our expectation not reached.so I want to return the product.

Could please tell me the process to return back the product ?
