I am Anitha A have ordered Latest Collection of Kanchipuram Silk Saree (pack Of 2)-SR113 from https://craftsworlds.com/collections/designer-saree/products/latest-collection-o...⇄ on 04/02/2021
And on 09/02/2021 received the delivery of the above order through ekart with tracking ID: WSPC[protected]
I felt very much disappointment after seeing the parcel, It was no way a Kanchipuram Silk Saree, but just ordinary print sarees and the number provided on the site and on Courier Pack are out of order Phone no. [protected] & [protected]
This shows concern towards our order is not considered and hence I would like to return these sarees, and I found no proper means to return the items ordered.
Thereby I'm trying to contact you and requesting you to take these items back and proceed to refund the amount paid at the time of delivery.
