Dear sir/mam,
I would like tell you that I've ordered nightwears products on 'crazefobia.in' website which I found on an Instagram page and ordered on 12th August, 2020 and I've already paid for my order worth rupees 1497/-, and my order number is: order#35554. It's been 11 days I haven't received my product neither they are replying to my emails nor received any shipping tracking details. I haven't even found any customer care number to contact them. This is ridiculous so many people have complained about it so when r u people going to take some action and I need a refund of my order please. This is very diassapointing. Even I have complained 2-3 times. Please it's a request. Help me..! 🙏

I paid Rs.998.0 .Till date I have not received any mail or confirmation neither have i received the product.
I demand strict action these people as they are just duping the public of their money.
