Night suit
I have ordered night suit. It's been almost two months. There is no response from the website email address. There is no other way to contact them. I had already paid for the order. Kindly sue the company bank account. How could they do this? There must be a bank account in which all this money is going and bank account must be having an owner. Why can't this owner be captured?

Product delivery
I purchased a night suit and there is no update regarding the product. There’s no option for refund as well. I’ve been trying to open the website too. But unfortunately the website seems to be crashed. How do I get my money back?

The website is also not appearing now and the team is my responding to my emails .

Night wear
Hi Team,
On 11th of august I purchased or rather paid for two sets of night suits and it's been more than a month now and I have recieved no information about the product.
I had sent multiple mails to the team via the website to no avail.
This is not done at all. Please refund the money or we would take it up with higher authorities.

I would like tell you that i've ordered nightwears products on 'crazefobia.in' website which i found on an instagram page and ordered on 12th august, 2020 and i've already paid for my order worth rupees 1497/-, and my order number is: order#35554. It's been 11 days i haven't received my product neither they are replying to my emails nor received any shipping tracking details. I haven't even found any customer care number to contact them. This is ridiculous so many people have complained about it so when r u people going to take some action and i need a refund of my order please. This is very diassapointing. Even i have complained 2-3 times. Please it's a request. Help me..!

I have ordered 3 pairs of night suits on the crazefobia website for 3000 inr. It has been more than 3 months. The money has been deducted from my account and i don't any confirmation or parcel waiting for me. I have tried contacting the website but it's not useful. It is a fraud. I want a refund. It's a great inconvenience.

I had ordered night suit from Crazefobia. I frequently found that add while scrolling FB or reading some news or article on FB. So finally I thought of ordering a night suit from that site. I had ordered that on 1stof August. Seeing so much delay, finally I send a mail to them about the status of order. But no reply has come from that side.I already paid from my razrpay account. My parcel is not come at yet

Require refund as the order confirmation is not received
I made a purchase on 17 th August 2020 of amount 1497. I recieved an email saying thank you for your order. I didnt recieve any confirmation email from them. I made a payment using my razorpay upi id. Trusting it. I also tried to contact them but there seems to be no response from them. Please help me to recieve my refund

On 16th August 20, I have seen an add from crazefobia in instagram and I ordered on nightsuit worth of 499. I used my debit card for transaction, the order no. is #36510. I have not received any msg or mail from them after money deduction. When I called customer care no.([protected]) they said to send a some msg to [protected] and they are saying that it has to be done in 10 seconds. I request you to resolve this and see that I can get refund.

The same thing happened with me also..i received the order number once i made the payment but after that i tried contacting them regarding order update, no reply to that. Placed order on 4th august 2020.
Me too ...ordered a product, paid cash and didn't get my order. No response from them . What to do??
