CrazeNDemand — No confirmation for post paid product and no reply on raising query regarding it

I had ordered a saree online and payment for the same to as done by UPI app. The order and s not confirmed from your site even after payment for the same was done and on raising query regarding the same, no reply has come from your part.
Emails are unanswered and all your contact numbers are switched off.
