I placed an order of amount 2135/- through wholesalesaree.in site on 8th April . Today I received the order but was surprised to see the quality of the sarees. They were made up of the most cheap degraded quality material. Since I am trying to contact them for return but knowing that they have been doing this on purpose it is pissing me off. How can someone take ours hard-earned money by cheating like this????? This is a Surat based company. They are defaming other manufacturers/sellers from Surat too by doing this. Concerned authority should take suitable action. Kitna kamayega aisa karke.

    I had ordered one faux silk saree through this portal. I had paid the amount 1000 for the same. Money was deducted from my account but order was not placed. I had sent morethan 10 times Email to the concerned Email id stated all the information along with the screenshot but no response. Please public don't buy anything from this site.it is 100% fake

          Never ever purchase here. They sell fake products advertise nice bright products in pictures and send us some cheap stuff and say that they have sent us what we ordered and won’t return our money. Beware !!!
          They don’t speak English as a customer rep and also they repeat only the same line or respond to the email with same msg again and again just to frustrate us so that we will just leave and they can happily get away with our money.They also operate under linensari.com, if you want their address or ph no.

            We purchased online Saree from CrazeNDemand but received material is not as per online picture. we received bedsheet type material which is not at all Saree material. we contact to shop through mobile number but it is not reachable. we very much disappoint to purchase from CrazeNDemand.com
            it is fake site kindly do not purchase from it.

                      I recieved this msg from craze n demand after first complaint in consumer complaint. But yet not received any refund even after I return them dress also sending you courier details. Hope you will help us.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                      I am giving you all procedure in written statement . I hope so after refund procedure complete then please take back your complain against crazendemand.

                      Procedure For return of product,

                      1) You have to send back that product to our registered office address that is B/24, First Floor, Shubham Industrial, Saniya Hemad - Kosmada Road, Kosmada, Gujarat 395006.

                      2) After return courier done, please send us tracking details of return product in our WP no. [protected] . Also send us your order details and bank details ( Acc No, IFSC Code, Acc Holder Name)
                      3) After Receive your parcel, we will refund your amount to your account in 2 working days.

                        I had ordered a saree online and payment for the same to as done by UPI app. The order and s not confirmed from your site even after payment for the same was done and on raising query regarding the same, no reply has come from your part.
                        Emails are unanswered and all your contact numbers are switched off.

                            Silk saree purchased from this site is of worst quality and not at all matching with the mentioned item and mentioned quality and pattern as shown in the photo.
                            Mailed a written complaint to the given mail id several times, but received no response.
                            Cheaters and fraudsters, look into the matter and i demand a refund immediately.

                                    I have received the Gown vide AWB:[protected] but now i want to return the same.. no customer executive of your customer care is picking the call up... everytime i call them it will show busy/waiting.. i tried for more than 20 times in a day form last 4 days...no call back nothing... first experience with craze n demand is not good.

                                    Now its more than one year i am trying to reach these guys but no response found from fake company. in last mail they told me to send back the product to them and they will refund my money, as instructed i have couriered the product which was returned to me again by courier company as it is deliverable at their location. bloodyfool

                                      I ordered a saree from crazendemand. It was received in damaged condition. I emailed about that damaged condition saree with pics. I tried to call them. But they are not at all picking up the call. I have never seen such a worst company so far. Not at all responsible to the customers. A biggest of the biggest fraud company.Quality of the saree is too poor. The saree is different from the one which it is showed. I wish such a company should be banned from doing such a fraud and irresponsible business. The impact of this company made me to realise that I should not do online shopping anymore even from any trusted companies. I attached the pics of damaged sarees. Please do the needful

                                        I have ordered and received d procut in d month of June 2019, d same I returned in June 2019, as per their advice, and I sent dtdc acknowledgement too, today is 30.12.2019, till now I didn't get any refund from them, they r not even responding properly, even after I complained this to consumer forum, they r intentionally keep on asking d same details of d product returned and bank details each and every time
