CrazeNDemand — refund not received

I had purchased certain article from company's portal. The order no is[protected]. I received the packet on jan 21st. Since i was not satisfied with the item i had immediately placed return order on jan 23rd on their site itself. The processes, emails of the company has changed multiple times since then. I had returned the parcel at my cost which they have received on feb 23rd.

Not received any refund since then. The customer service nos. Are never picked up. The wap messages and emails are never acknowledged. I suspect the site is fraud or the company has dubious intentions.
