CrazeNDemand — soft silk sarees

I had ordered 2 soft silk sarees, one worth ₹.1749/- and the other ₹.1499/-. I had prepaid through card and received a message saying the order is being processed. But today i received the following 2 messages which says that the amount is in wallet.

Your order with order id:[protected] has been return approval. And 1749 rs. Approved in your crazendemand a/c wallet.

I am unable to find any wallet in the company's website. Please help me to get back my money.
