CrazeNDemand — the prn the website is different from I actually received, it's been 6months since I returned the product

I have ordered and received d procut in d month of June 2019, d same I returned in June 2019, as per their advice, and I sent dtdc acknowledgement too, today is 30.12.2019, till now I didn't get any refund from them, they r not even responding properly, even after I complained this to consumer forum, they r intentionally keep on asking d same details of d product returned and bank details each and every time
