CrazeNDemand — wrong product delivered

I ordered a saree from the above mentioned company's site but the product they delivered to me was not the one which I have ordered. The one they delivered was something rubbish. The one which I ordered was Rs.1549 but they delivered was poor quality saree which doesn't match the money. I need my money back which is with them. Please help me to get my money back from them.

Updated by Jolly Cheriyan The black colour saree was given in thier website. But the delivered one was the second pic in golden colour.
