CrazeNDemand — wrong product with poor quality delivered

I have ordered (Order no is[protected]a soft designer silk saree from crazendemand worth 1399/- rupees but i received the saree of very poor quality not even worth rupees 100/-. I want to return the order and get my money back. There is no return option available in the website. The contact no. Which they have provided for customer support is not reachable, no option to reach them. I need the refund for the amount i paid.
