Crazy Domains — they are taking money but not providing full access

Hello Team,
I have purchased a server from crazydomain. Plan Name : Premium Shared Hosting. With every hosting server whether it is shared or vps or dedicated, there should be SSL Manager. But they disabled the features and using at their end. And when we need SSL for our site they are asking our private information. Its a crime.
If you check with anyone hosting provider, all are giving the access.But Crazydomains not bcoz they are stealing our information. When I am calling them they are showing rude attitude. So that's why I have entered your knock. Please help me & close their services.
