Hello Team,
I have purchased a server from crazydomain. Plan Name : Premium Shared Hosting. With every hosting server whether it is shared or vps or dedicated, there should be SSL Manager. But they disabled the features and using at their end. And when we need SSL for our site they are asking our private information. Its a crime.
If you check with anyone hosting provider, all are giving the access.But Crazydomains not bcoz...

I bought the domain name for my company from crazydomains.com on 5th September. i paid them online via bank transfer and i have the receipt of that. i got the reply from them stating that you will get your domain detail in next 72 hours.
After 4 days i contacted them than i came to know that domain is no more available and they are not ready to pay me back. they are saying we didnt get money from you so i shared my bank statement with...

i tried to register my domains from crazy domains and paid the money to them.
for 5-6 days they not activated any of my order because of EPP error in there system.
after 5-6 days i registered that domain names from somewhere else.
and now 15 days passed they not refunded any money to me. when i tried to contact them they said amount already refunded.
