Vide letter dated 28th July 2021, the Indemnity Bond and Affidavit has been submitted by Mr. Samit Guha to Disbursement Committee, M/s CRB Capital Markets Limited, against FDR amounting to Rs. 10, 000/- the no. being 9/CAL 001930.Despite repeated follow ups, the refund has not been issued by the Committee of the said Company. Hence, it is requested to please resolve this issue and helps us to get this refund. The copy of the documents submitted in respect of the claim is attached with this complaint.
