Waiting for the refund of our hard earned money . Kindly help...

Vide letter dated 28th July 2021, the Indemnity Bond and Affidavit has been submitted by Mr. Samit Guha to Disbursement Committee, M/s CRB Capital Markets Limited, against FDR amounting to Rs. 10, 000/- the no. being 9/CAL 001930.Despite repeated follow ups, the refund has not been issued by the Committee of the said Company. In this regard it may kindly be noted that vide Speed post letter no.EK[protected] IN Dated 09.03.2018 ( delivered on 12.03.2018 ), the proof of Identity and Bank Details already submitted. Even though eleven months already passed, either communication regarding payment or Payment itself is yet to be received.

Maturity amount of swarna deposits-1997 are still not received. Not able to contact any body of this company to raise issue.

I have 6 deposits of 15000/- each. However, i have received only one deposit (Prinicipal amount) out of 6. I have been in touch with crb committee with email from 2011 till date (2018). However, they do not heed or reply to any emails. Can anyone do something about it?
I have submitted all original receipts, other documents to no avail.

Crb capital markets ltd having registered office at bhansali bhawan, f-33 mansarover garden, new delhi-110105 had issued fd receipt no. Fn09/del/002745 & fn09/del/002552 each having initial investment of rs. 5000.00 on 05th jul 1996 & 27th may 1996 though the maturity date is 05th jul 1997 & 27th jul 1997 but there is buy back option. I want to get my money back at this stage but i do not get any response from the company. How can i get my money back and what should i do?

I sent original certificate of FDR ( CRB Capital markets Ltd.) of myself amounting to Rs.20000/- along with my identity proof by Regd. post.on dated 27/7/2011 to Disbursement committee (Appointed By Delhi High Court) at 13,panchkuin road,New Delhi-110001. as official liquidator paying sum to small investor . but till date we have not received the sum of rs.4000/- so sir humbly requesting you to look in the matter and oblige.

MY HUSBAND ARNOLD WARAPEN HAS A FIXED DEPOSIT NO.FC10/BBY/00509 DATED 5.12.1995 FOR RS.10,000/- WHICH HAS MATURED ON 5.12.1998. TILL DATE HE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT AND INTEREST.

We had invested Rs 30000/- in the FD scheme of CRB Capital Markets Ltd., which matured on 11/09/2000, but we are yet to receive the maturity amount.
