Original proof of submission of FDR thru broker to CRB Capital Ltd. submitted to Disbursement Committee personally and contacting on regular basis but The Hon'ble Court decision is still pending.
Waiting for the refund of our hard earned money . Kindly help...

Vide letter dated 28th July 2021, the Indemnity Bond and Affidavit has been submitted by Mr. Samit Guha to Disbursement Committee, M/s CRB Capital Markets Limited, against FDR amounting to Rs. 10, 000/- the no. being 9/CAL 001930.Despite repeated follow ups, the refund has not been issued by the Committee of the said Company. Maturity amount of swarna deposits-1997 are still not received. Not able to contact any body of this company to raise issue....

I have 6 deposits of 15000/- each. However, i have received only one deposit (Prinicipal amount) out of 6. I have been in touch with crb committee with email from 2011 till date (2018). However, they do not heed or reply to any emails. Can anyone do something about it?
I have submitted all original receipts, other documents to no avail.

MY HUSBAND ARNOLD WARAPEN HAS A FIXED DEPOSIT NO.FC10/BBY/00509 DATED 5.12.1995 FOR RS.10,000/- WHICH HAS MATURED ON 5.12.1998. TILL DATE HE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT AND INTEREST....

We had invested Rs 30000/- in the FD scheme of CRB Capital Markets Ltd., which matured on 11/09/2000, but we are yet to receive the maturity amount.
