Above said company has online loan app called credit+, operates under datson exports limited, sampati securities limited as credit providers, due to unforeseen circumstances i have availed loan of 35000/ with interest 105/- per day tenure of 31 days due to medical emergency at principal amount paid with delay of 30days for which i agree to pay penalties and interest as well. However, post payment said principal amount, every day i can see in application getting added 250/- a day as penalties +late fee +interest accumulating as loan pending for the same, i have register complaint with rbi, also to the grievance officer of credit+
Also outside the reference phne no they started malign my reputation by sending messages to family and relative collegues and friends with life threats and abusive language.
