I availed a loan through the Credit+ app. Now, I want to close my loan. My approved amount was 13, 500, and it has an overdue amount of 39, 000. I have paid 12, 000 so far and I am unable to pay such a large amount. Please waive off the penalty and help me with the process to close the loan.
