Dear Sir/Madam,
I had paid Rs.4482/ from my axis account to my credit card payment through Cred Financial Service application after 3days i was not credited in my credit card account and i had complaint to the CRED and sent my debited account statement as it was demanded from CRED AND The said amount still is not credited in my account I am attaching email communication copies for your reference and i am awaiting since 2months for my refund for the amount of 4482 dtd 26.12.22 but CRED is not taking my response and not refunding the said amount after many reminders and IVR Calls they are asking amount sent to another merchant account, therefore request you to please take necessary action and refund my amount rs 4482 as soon as possible.
