I have paid credit card bill payment through cred app, but it is not reflecting in the ICIC credit card app.
I have connected with cred customer support I'm not getting proper response from their end.

I took disbursement of loan in February 2022 and within 1 year Credila has increased the ROI 4 times I.e. from 10.5 to 12.25%

I habe been continuously sending email since feb 2023 and it has been four months but my query is still unresilved. I have sent so many reminers but not proper response is given.

Please provide your support

I have done the payment for Credit card through Cred App of 54099.66 rs on 9th of April but it was not updated in bank and been charged with Autodebit charges it’s really disappointing from Team Cred I want the payment to be updated and settled on or before 10th April 11:59pm night otherwise my charges will not be refunded from bank please look into it and do the needful ASAP I hope my issue will be resolved ASAP and hoping you guys will not lose you Cred Application users

I have a kotak bank credit card no. endin with 9105 last four digit.
Sir i had paid credit card bill on 14/02/2023 of Rs15000 and Rs 15000 on same day through cred via goole pay, but in the statement only Rs 15000 is shown second payment of Rs 15000 is not reflected, so your kindly requested to see into the matter please solve the issue as soon as possible

I had paid Rs.4482/ from my axis account to my credit card payment through Cred Financial Service application after 3days i was not credited in my credit card account and i had complaint to the CRED and sent my debited account statement as it was demanded from CRED AND The said amount still is not credited in my account I am attaching email communication copies for your reference and i am awaiting since 2months for my refund for the amount of 4482 dtd 26.12.22 but CRED is not taking my response and not refunding the said amount after many reminders and IVR Calls they are asking amount sent to another merchant account, therefore request you to please take necessary action and refund my amount rs 4482 as soon as possible.

There is a company name the keybiz services which provide resume filling work from home which needs to be completed in 5 day with 500 forms when I've done it very carefully then on 4 day they just deactivated the account without any reason and asking pay for money so that we can start working which I think is wrong and scam also and their advocate calling and asking for money to pay which o didn't do. I think we should compliant against them so that other person don't get fraud by them.

I'm humbly requesting for my award worth 500000 .That was declared by Toyota financial services in the year 2020 during Corona Period.
It's my determination that it was real and I lost contact for experiencing many difficulties within my family and in my mother country due to Corona issues.
I'm here humbly requesting the company to issue me with the Award .
The irritating thing was to loose my network with many issues that accrued due to Corona virus issues.

Its been 2 months i have submitted documents for education loan. Currently, it is in the step of ACH Mandate. I am trying for 3-4 days to register Rupay debit card for ACH. But it fails showing some error and displays message that Bank Restricts duplicate request, Debit card blocked. I have given screen shot of this to HDFC. A sales officer from credila contacted me and helped me for applying for education loan in credila. He said my loan is sanctioned with 10.75% interest and asked me to pay processing fee, which I paid . Now received a sanction letter saying the interest rate is 11.5% which is very disappointing.

They Should have informed the correct interest rate before I paid the processing fee.

He took 500 rs from me for registration fees and then tell me to choose the project and wait for 1 hour i have done but now after taking 500 rs he is not replying i think he block he has done with so many peoplei want to complain for him...

It's been 2 months my education loan process has been started and now it's 10th December and I have my entire visa process left because of this stupid coming. I am really close to lose my intake here. Tushar Sable from Kalina Santacruz branch does not give a [censored] and keep delaying my process they're just playing with our future here. I am really worried as I have paid my processing fee and still they keep on delaying the disbursement which is haunting me and my dream of studying abroad. I hope someone will help me with this problem.

hdfc credila is providing data entry jobs to workless people but it's a number one fraud company. They give work to innocent people then they demand registration fees of Rs 500/ after submitted fee they demand more money as project selections deposit fees of Rs. 1500/ (total amount paid - 2000/) which is refundable in your first salary and after paid all amounts they will blocked you from everywhere.. the theft is going on.....

This email if for complaint regarding the promised loan amount not credited into my account till today. I have paid the necessary insurance and loan fees to hdfc credila and have also sent all the important documents. I am in touch with Ravi Kumar chippie who daily assures me that the amount will be credited by the next day and fails to meet the commitment. I have already reached the United Kingdom and my fees is still pending. I will not wait any longer for the loan and will directly go to the consumer court if the amount is not dispersed.
This is extremely crucial as I'm already out of the country and need the amount credited to my account at an urgent basis. The salee executive responsible for this is not picking my calls. My course started from October 1st and I still do not have money in my account to pay the fees. Ttg
