ACH Mandate Failed

Its been 2 months i have submitted documents for education loan. Currently, it is in the step of ACH Mandate. I am trying for 3-4 days to register Rupay debit card for ACH. But it fails showing some error and displays message that Bank Restricts duplicate request, Debit card blocked. I have given screen shot of this to HDFC. I do not know what to do ahead and waiting to complete the process since 2 months. If anyone can help, please let me...

Fraud

A person called Rudra agarwal messages ne and told that he is from hdfc credila and providing work from home job to people. He took 500 rs from me for registration fees and then tell me to choose the project and wait for 1 hour i have done but now after taking 500 rs he is not replying i think he block he has done with so many peoplei want to complain for him...

Fake work from home -fraudster person

hdfc credila is providing data entry jobs to workless people but it's a number one fraud company. They give work to innocent people then they demand registration fees of Rs 500/ after submitted fee they demand more money as project selections deposit fees of Rs. 1500/ (total amount paid - 2000/) which is refundable in your first salary and after paid all amounts they will blocked you from everywhere.. the theft is going on.....

Loan not processed. Not refunding processing and insurance fee

Hi,
I had applied for an education loan A[protected]
Due to delay in processing the loan and getting all approval from the bank side, I was forced to make all payment myself. Therefore the loan had to be canceled, however I paid 5900 for the processing fee and 1800 for insurance amount.
It has been two months since I am following up with no heed to my request.
Sharing details to help out.

there is absolutely no communication, they have stopped responding to my phone calls and whatsapp messages.

The company has submitted with itself an amount of around 90000 stating that I have not adhered to 90% accuracy. All the amount was taken stating that it is a refundable amount and would be given back to me along with the payment due to me. Now there is absolutely no communication, they have stopped responding to my phone calls and whatsapp messages....

credila education loan refund of processing fees

Credila educational services, a subsidiary of hdfc bank has sanctioned my education loan of rs. 20 lakhs and i have paid the processing fees of rs. 17250/- through neft. But as i have arranged to pay the tuition fees through my personal and family funds, i won't need the loan disbursement.

Therefore, i have requested credila to kindly return my processing fees after deducting their initial charges. But they are refusing to...

Refund of loan processing fee

I applied for an Educational loan for my higher studies in December 2016. I paid them a processing fee of Rs 5000 in order to review my documents and get the loan sanctioned. They took two weeks time to review the documents. And their Sr. Relationship Officer informed me that if the loan is not approved for any reason, they will return the whole amount of Rs 5000 within a week. Credila informed me in Jan 2017 that my loan is not sanctioned....

Statutory warning! Beware, dont get carried away with whatever has been mentioned on their website, ie. Collateral free loans upto 25l, less than 100 percent collateral accepted, security free loan for reputed universities, etc. Everything's a fallacy. (I had applied for a loan for my ms in us)

You would not realize how much the thing "terms and conditions apply" can screw up your life until you apply for a loan...

Pathetic service

I applied for education loan at credila Bhopal branch under amit satvani. While applying they said me that they will give me the confirmation with in 7 days but after that the experience I got was disastrous, they just kept on giving me time and even asked me to contact their Delhi head office and know the status of application. They did not giving any proper revert even after calling numbers of time in a day and in my view even the office...

Worst Service

I have applied for Credila Educational Loan. I was asked to do deposits at HDFC Bank for which I was ready. Later I was told application got rejected. I was surprised to hear arrogant answers/replies from Relationship Manager. I was told application will be accepted and hence I did not proceed with any other banks. I would recommend to go with banks like Indian Bank or SBI or IOB....

I have paid credit card bill payment through cred app, but it is not reflecting in the ICIC credit card app.
I have connected with cred customer support I'm not getting proper response from their end.

    Dear Sir

    I took disbursement of loan in February 2022 and within 1 year Credila has increased the ROI 4 times I.e. from 10.5 to 12.25%

    I habe been continuously sending email since feb 2023 and it has been four months but my query is still unresilved. I have sent so many reminers but not proper response is given.

      I have done the payment for Credit card through Cred App of 54099.66 rs on 9th of April but it was not updated in bank and been charged with Autodebit charges it’s really disappointing from Team Cred I want the payment to be updated and settled on or before 10th April 11:59pm night otherwise my charges will not be refunded from bank please look into it and do the needful ASAP I hope my issue will be resolved ASAP and hoping you guys will not lose you Cred Application users

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I had paid Rs.4482/ from my axis account to my credit card payment through Cred Financial Service application after 3days i was not credited in my credit card account and i had complaint to the CRED and sent my debited account statement as it was demanded from CRED AND The said amount still is not credited in my account I am attaching email communication copies for your reference and i am awaiting since 2months for my refund for the amount of 4482 dtd 26.12.22 but CRED is not taking my response and not refunding the said amount after many reminders and IVR Calls they are asking amount sent to another merchant account, therefore request you to please take necessary action and refund my amount rs 4482 as soon as possible.
