[Resolved]  Aasaan Retail Private Limited — NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS ORDERED

This is to inform you that I placed an order for 1 Ton A.C. (SAMSUNG) with M/s.AAsaan Retail Pvt. Ltd. Chennai. The value of the goods was Rs.24500/- and this amount was to be paid in 6 EMIs to ICICI Bank Credit Card holders. The order was placed on 25th May 2013 and the amount was debited to my Credit Card No.[protected] and I got the message on my mobile that the sum has been debited on 30.05.2013 to my ICICI Bank credit card. As per the conditions, the goods was to be delivered within 21 working days. When I did not get the delivery within this period, I contacted the customer care No. of the consignee Aasaan Retail Pvt.Ltd.under the name Royal Images, Chennai, but their customer care representative could not give me any satisfactory reply and told me that the goods will be delivered to me by the week ending 06.07.2013. Today is 12.07.2013. I have neither received the goods nor any intimation from the consignee. Thus they violated the terms of delivery within 21 working days. As such I decided to cancel the order forthwith and I have already issued an e-mail to ICICI Bank ID customer.[protected]@icicibank.co.in on 11.07.2013. Under such circumstances, I would request the Bank to get the refund from M/s.Aasaan Retail Pvt. Ltd., Chennai and the amount may be credited to Card Account with immediate effect. It is also requested that a bank of ICICI Bank calibre should never partner /support such dubious firms with EMI arrangements to card holders. An immediate action is solicited and a line in reply shall be highly appreciated. I repeat that I dont require the goods ordered through "Aasaan Retail Pvt. |Ltd., Chennai. Please instruct your above partner firm accordingly and should not try to victimise the card holders.

An amount of Rs.1, 049/- (550+499) deducted from my HDFC Credit card on 6/9/2013 towards ordering purchase of sarees. HDFC credit card no:5242 xxxx 0036 xxxx
The Transaction description is M-AASAAN RETAIL PVT LTP:01, 00000740 FOR DEDUCTION ON 6/4/2013 and
the Transaction description is M-AASAAN RETAIL PVT LTP:06, 00000740 FOR DEDUCTION ON 6/9/2013
Total amount deducted is Rs.2, 098/- (1049+1049). But no goods (sarees) not received by me. Please try to do justice.

I have booked through your ONEMI sales, product no. M1030-00 on 30/10/2014 @ 10:22 AM and the payment has been done through SBI Credit Card xxxxxxxxxxxx5986 for the amount Rs. 20, 496.00 and the same has been debited from the Credit Card account


I received the confirmation from your email ID ([protected]@onemi.in) confirming the Order No[protected] "Your Order #[protected]placed on October 30, 2014 10:19:04 AM IST)". I have been continuously contacting ONEMI customer care and Mr. Pawan, Mr. Rashid from Aasaan retail, Chennai since 2 days and there is no proper response from any of them. I have contacted today also and had conversation with Ms. Jyothi for the above Order No[protected] and she confirms that the said order is not reflecting on the tracking details even after 1 week,

I hope my above comments will help me in getting my money back to Credit Card Account or the Product.

I would strongly log a complain for EMI Bazzar which belongs to Aasan Retails for cheating me. I placed order with EMI Bazzar through HDFC bank 6 months EMI for water purifier. My credit card was immediately debited the amount the same day and was promised to deliver the goods within 21 days, however later when I followed up I was informed that they cannot deliver the goods due to non serviceable location and would refund me the amount. I was surprised how they accepted my order and debited money before verifying my location. Its been 2 months I am following up with EMI Bazzar Aasan Retails but they still haven't provided me the refund. My Order No with EMI Bazzar is 712256.


I request all to kindly do not fall pray to this company and also request HDFC Bank to re-look at the company back ground before partner with such company and stop sending us marketing flayer of this company along with credit card statements.

I Asked reply through mail how it happens without my cancellation request.
Replied refund approved status- 15.06.2015 will take 15-21 days max
EMI deducted on 16.06.2015 without a delivery of Item amazing...?
Asked certain querries 16 & 20.06.2015 didn't replied.
Halfway talked on 23.06.2015 when I call, telling that your amount will be refunded in your billing cycle .
Now I am on way to check the legality of such marketing practices. Jai Hind !!!

my name is Bajy joseph .i ordered for an exersise mechine from M/s.AAsaan Retail Pvt. Ltd.through HDFCcredit card.
i had not received the item up till now.its almost 8 months now still they are deducting emi from my credit card last emi decicte was on 4/2/2016 P:08, 0000166 an amount of 472.83. for the last seven months they are deducting this amount from my credit card.
i dont know why hdfc is marketing these sought of fraud companies.hdfc when i called them they said they cant do any thing.
