I have order a Fastruck watch and make full payment online on 01/02/2016, but still no any response and no refund. I have make minimum 100 calls on customer care number [protected] but always responded it is under processing but still no any action taken by company. Please resolved my issue and refund my amount.

I the undersigned booked Popular 6 Litre senior Deep Pressure pan with lid thru order no:#[protected].I received the item but due to my mistake amount was deducted twice I.e instead of Rs.1690/-( Rs:3380/-) from my husband SBI a/c [protected] thru net banking.On sept 6th I have given mail to website customer.support @ prestigesmartkitechen.com giving detail information with ref no.also, but so far the extra deducted amount is not credited to my husband SBI A/c.The Ref.No of deducted amount is given below f.k.i.

My Order #[protected]placed on July 17, 2015 4:52:58 PM IST) and confirmed by the seller Aasaan Retail Private Limited, Chennai. I have not received any communication from the seller & not received the booked item till now.But my EMI amount is debited in my credit card account.

Order No[protected] place on 14 April 2015. Product not received and waited for 45 days. Then they cancelled the order and said they are going to send me the refund. Now today is 8th of july 2015 refund is not received yet. Now it is almost another 40 days have not received the refund. I booked the order online and opted for 6 months EMI. I have already paid 3 EMI. When ever calling them they are saying it will be refunded next week which I am listening from last 1 month.

This is to inform you that I placed an order for E-gate P513 LED Projector with M/s.AAsaan Retail Pvt. Ltd. Chennai on 31 Aug 2014. The value of the item was Rs.27, 498/- and this amount was to be paid in 6 EMIs to SBI Bank Credit Card. The order was placed on 31 st Aug 2014 and the amount was debited to my Credit Card and I got the message on my mobile that the sum has been debited on 31.08.2014. 6 months EMI also initiated by SBI and the First EMI was paid on 05 Oct 2014. As per the conditions, the Projector was to be delivered within 21 working days. When I did not get the delivery within this period, I contacted the customer care No. of the consignee Aasaan Retail Pvt.Ltd.under the name Royal Images, Chennai, but their customer care representative could not give me any satisfactory reply and told me that the projector being the direct delivery from the Vendor it will be delivered to me within a week. Even after repeated calls, they could not do any justice and the track order was also not showing any fruitful and satisfactory reply. I gave the complaint in the [protected]@onemi.in and I got only the automated reply and till todate (12 Oct 2014), I have neither received the goods nor any intimation from the consignee. Thus they violated the terms and conditions and the breach of trust with the consumer. Even though I have called to cancel the same order, they have informed that the order would be cancelled and the refund would initiate within 21 working days and the same has been initated. To my surprise, i could see now in the track order of the website that the projector is the direct delivery and they gave the consignment number as DDLY72293. I have sent the email to SBI credit card to cancel the transaction and stop the EMI process. Self yet to get the reply from SBI. Under such circumstances, I would request the Bank to get the refund from M/s.Aasaan Retail Pvt. Ltd., Chennai and the amount may be credited to Card Account with immediate effect. It is also requested that a nationalised bank of SBI should never partner /support such dubious firms with EMI arrangements to card holders. An immediate action is solicited and a line in reply shall be highly appreciated. I repeat that I dont require the goods ordered through "Aasaan Retail Pvt. |Ltd., Chennai.
