[Resolved] Value 4 Rupees — Fake call for debit the money from sbi credit card | |||
Dear Sir, today evening i received a call from delhi m/s value 4 u com pony regarding they are calling from customer care sbi and they offer some package and gift, so they request me for credit card no and password, same is provide by me then after 10 mins i received message that 5500 rs is debit from my credit card without my permission then i enquiry on same no then that agencis confirm that no call from this no to my mobile no, and next statement is please check with my sbi credit card department . then i call sbi and they confirm that amount is debited from my credit card. please put enquiry for that. i received call from below no.---[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I have got a call from phone number[protected]Delhi) to give my credit card details for verification and security purpose .I have given the card number, issue date, expiry date and date of birth. They asked for the value customer ID and I felt this would be a fake call and refused to give this information
Kindly take action against the above number.

After some time I received the call from his senior. He told me about one offer which I said I am not confirming. If I want the offer I will call you later. After some 2 hours, I received a call from some other executive and she told me that Rs 5500/- is already deducted for the offer from your account. On telling her that I don’t want the offer, she said now nothing can be done as money is already deducted from your account and you have no other option but to accept this offer from your side. I asked her to connect to her higher up, whose name was Himanshu Saxena. He said you have no other option because now the amount is already deducted and if you cancel the offer you will only get rs 1200 back. Then having no other option I asked them to send whatever is there in the offer.
I think this is the way how these people have cheated us for Rs 5500 and if there is any possibility of revoking the transaction, kindly do the same. Please try that they should not be allowed to cheat people like this as this is a big fraud and the SBI card is losing its credibility like this.
