[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Amount Debited but Report not Issued | |||||
I have repurchased the cibil report on 3rd march 2017 from my login portal, the amount was debited to my credit card but since it is more than 20 days the cibil has not issued my report nor refund. My Transaction id is 015797. I have also made an complaint to cibil several times but no reply. Whenever i call them they asked me to call after sometime as the system is down after looking my number. I have almost called them around 100 times but still the issue was not solve. Also i have send to many mails to them but when i send the first mail i have got a acknowledgement. But another time i haven't received any acknowledgement as they have blocked my email id.
