I would like to highlight below issues that, I am following up with your team from 3rd Jan but no one helping me in resolving my issue.
1)I have purchased 6 months service, but after making payment of Rs800 my portal is stopped working, till now the issue is not resolved after a continuous follow-up. the only answer which I have got is that technical team is working on this and issue will be resolved in some time. No timeline is shared almost 15 days has been gone in 6 month period, who will be going to compensate for this.
2) I have raise disputes which were resolved and I got confirmation that accounts removed from my report and requested for updated reports multiple times but no one is responding.

All through yesterday, I have got a call from Grievance team, surprisingly even after multiple emails and calls they do not have complete information, they still saying we need to confirm with banks regarding this before removing. However, I have already got confirmation email form CIBIL that dispute is resolved and the account is removed from my report.
3) I have not raised any disputes for below accounts but its removed from my report.

4 ) I have requested my corrected and updated report multiple times, but received wrong and fake reports twice, attaching same in email for reference.
5) Also, I have received false commitments and information on calls multiple times.
a) I have called customer care on 14th Jan and they have confirmed me that, I will receive a call from Gravence team by end of the day but no call is received and they have not transferred the call to the senior team after many requests and also they don't have correct information about my issue and report. attaching the call recording for the reference.
b)Called again on 15th same wrong information and commitment received, that I will get the call by end of the day from the senior team or grievance team.
However, Received call from Grievance team, same they do not have any complete information about my issue even after 15days of followups. even though I have explained everything again and send e-mails to him during the call as well. As I am in the office at that time requested him to call me after 30-40 mins, I have urgent meeting schedule, that person from the grievance team has assured me that he will call back but no call received till now. one more fake commitment received.

I am requesting you to resolve my issue ASAP. and stop harassing people.
