[Resolved]  Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — cibil portal not working even after paying 800

I would like to highlight below issues that, I am following up with your team from 3rd Jan but no one helping me in resolving my issue.

1)I have purchased 6 months service, but after making payment of Rs800 my portal is stopped working, till now the issue is not resolved after a continuous follow-up. the only answer which I have got is that technical team is working on this and issue will be resolved in some time. No timeline is shared almost 15 days has been gone in 6 month period, who will be going to compensate for this.

2) I have raise disputes which were resolved and I got confirmation that accounts removed from my report and requested for updated reports multiple times but no one is responding.

All through yesterday, I have got a call from Grievance team, surprisingly even after multiple emails and calls they do not have complete information, they still saying we need to confirm with banks regarding this before removing. However, I have already got confirmation email form CIBIL that dispute is resolved and the account is removed from my report.


3) I have not raised any disputes for below accounts but its removed from my report.

4 ) I have requested my corrected and updated report multiple times, but received wrong and fake reports twice, attaching same in email for reference.

5) Also, I have received false commitments and information on calls multiple times.
a) I have called customer care on 14th Jan and they have confirmed me that, I will receive a call from Gravence team by end of the day but no call is received and they have not transferred the call to the senior team after many requests and also they don't have correct information about my issue and report. attaching the call recording for the reference.
b)Called again on 15th same wrong information and commitment received, that I will get the call by end of the day from the senior team or grievance team.
However, Received call from Grievance team, same they do not have any complete information about my issue even after 15days of followups. even though I have explained everything again and send e-mails to him during the call as well. As I am in the office at that time requested him to call me after 30-40 mins, I have urgent meeting schedule, that person from the grievance team has assured me that he will call back but no call received till now. one more fake commitment received.

I am requesting you to resolve my issue ASAP. and stop harassing people.

I am following up for my issues from a long time. Instead of working on a resolution of my mentioned issue whenever I call or received a call from Grievance team I will get different information.



1) From 3rd Jan till now my CIBIL portal is still not working and the only answer which I got is the technical team is working.

2) I have got the confirmation email form CIBIL regarding my disputes for below accounts dispute has been resolved and account needs to remove from my report. From 3rd Jan to 18th Jan 2019 multiple time over the call CIBIL team has confirmed that these accounts need to remove from your reports and this is the CIBIL mistake that still these accounts showing in your report.

Not even customer care team even grievance team confirmed me that accounts need to remove, and a report will be rectified in 24 to 48 hours, I am attaching links of multiple call recording and mail on which CIBIL has confirmed the same.

But Surprisingly, in Yesterday call with Grievance team member Deepti, they simply told me that whatever information till now I received in the last 16day over e-mail or via call is fake and false information, mistakenly given my CIBIL.

I asked him to provide this confirmation over email, but she denied the same and arrogantly told me that is disconnecting this call and told me that I will update you over email and confirm me that I will get a call back in 2 hours and disconnect the call.

Till now I did not receive any call and information email from their side. Attaching link for the same call also with Deepti.

after all these incidents I am forced to think that TransUnion taking a bribe for resolving customer issue and rectifying CIBIL report. I am asked same on one call and even caller put me on hold to confirm with senior, who much money they will take to resolve the issue.

I am not sure when my issue is going to resolve, I requested a callback and updated credit report multiple times and requesting same again

Even after multiple calls and email from last Friday no one is responding, customer care only saying that you will get the call.

The customer care team is completely giving a false and fake commitment of call, instead of resolving and giving information they are just trying how I can agree on disconnecting the call.

I have all call recording if anyone wants to listen kindly just send the message, I will share the link.

Not sure when my issue getting resolve, due to the CIBIL mistake my score is showing low and not getting home loan.
