[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — closed loan showing balance

I have already closed my loan back in 2015 but it is showing me as BALANCE amount. I went to "RAISE DISPUTE" but there is not option then 2 check boxes which are irrelevant to me in my case. Also, there is no text box to write my problem.

I have my closure document from bank as well.

Please let me know how this can be CLOSED in my CIBIL report.

Myself shweta Francis Parmar customer of SBI.I m paying my two wheeler EMI regularly . It show No suit file in CIBIL.So kindly there is some misconceptions. Kindly correct my cibil so I can get loan. I m sending u photo of statement
