Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Credit history statement not received | |||||
I paid a sum of rs. 550 against the purchase of a cibil report on the 16th of may, 2016. I was asked to upload my kyc documents for verification and i was informed that i would receive my login credentials to the downloadable cibil form via post or courier within 5 business days. I uploaded all the required documents on the same day and recieved a confirmation email from cibil for the same. Upon patiently waiting for 5 business days, i called up the cibil customer care to enquire about the status of my report, to which i was told that it may take upto 7 working days to process my report. It has been 15 days from the day i uploaded the documents and having called the office for the past 8 consecutive working days, i still get a standard response informing me that my login credentials will be sent to me within the next few days and the occasional hang up after being promised to be connected to a manager. There is still no trace of my cibil report for which i have already made the necessary payments. I do not need a refund, i only require cibil to take account of this situation and pay heed to the plight of their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
