This is such an inconvenience to me. I have been interacting with CIBIL since last 15 days and the service is pathetic.

First of all, I had to pay CIBIL to get the report for someone’s mistake of linking a false account. Then 95% of the times I get to know that CIBIL server is down and we can’t help you now. Server down for 5 days???? What kind of business are you in?

Unprofessional customer service rep's who has no sense of customer service.

Why do you guys play with customers’ accounts like this?

As per CIBIL customer cares information, dispute was cleared on 6th March 2017 and I had been requesting for an email confirmation but I had failed every single time I had requested them.

I suspect fraud, CIBIL, why make customer pay when the data entry is wrong from your end? Some kind of a revenue making tactics?

I demand refund of all the charges and closure on this case as soon as possible.

Once you have raised the dispute CIBIL’s Dispute Resolution Team will analyze and route the dispute to the respective Credit institutions for confirmation. Please remember that CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without confirmation from the relevant Credit Institutions.
