[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Grievance caused by CIBIL/ No Resolution to my problem | |||||
To whoever it concerns, I am writing to concerned higher authority regarding the inconvenience caused by cibil to me over last two months. Two months ago I faced a dispute in my CIBIL report. I first sent my online dispute form regarding my dispute on 3-May-2017. I received a mail stating "We shall take up the matter with the relevant Credit Institution and notify you of our findings." on may 4. Its service request number was 41606919. I had applied for a free report which I received on 9th May 2017. That day I again emailed and got a reply asking for certain details on 10th may. I replied with everything I was asked for. Its service request number was 5255420. After that, I waited patiently. Meanwhile I had sent an email to know the status of the dispute resolution but I got no satisfactory reply, instead, I was told to wait till 30 days. I called to your representatives in the first week of June. I was told that I provided insufficient information so my request wasn't processed. All this time when I was waiting for the dispute to be resolved, none of your members stated me that the information I provided was insufficient. Instead, I was kept on being emailed to wait for 30 days. On June 5th, 2017, I sent another email to raise a dispute and it was a detailed one. To its reply, I received an email on 16 June 2017 stating that my dispute has been resolved and I will receive updated report via email shortly. SR number 5257758. It has been 19 days since. I have made ten calls to your team. First I was told to wait for 7 business days. When I didn't receive I called again and was told to wait for another 2 days. From that day all your representatives tell me to wait two days. I have been calling since. Two of your representative also filed a higher priority request which was not processed. It's SR number is 5319531. Today a new request has been filed under SR number 5418916. I want my report asap. All your representatives do is apologize. But those apologies don't cut because my problems are increasing day after day. First, your people wasted my whole month for the dispute. Now another month is being wasted for a report! I am on a deadline for my daughter's education loan. I am enduring stress and difficulties for a blunder that I didn't make and CIBIL is not helping me in this situation either! It's my humble request to please get me out of my situation and give me the satisfying trustworthy answer to my problem instead of giving me false promises of two business days.
