Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — I paid my full education loan but it's still showing as opened

I have paid my full loan money with interest on my educational loan on indian bank and i got written letter also for the closer but still it's showing in cibil and my bike loan i paid every emi without fail before a year and i got closer letter from the bank but in my cibil it's showing on month pending it's affecting my cibil i am seriously fraustrated. I don't why they are updating their data base.
